The UPB Design & Build project, the Daugava Stadium Track and Field Arena, received 3rd place in the BIM Object category.
The BIM model was extensively utilized throughout the design, manufacturing, and construction phases. To ensure compliance with the standards of the International Association of Athletics Federations (World Athletics), the sports infrastructure—such as track curves, long jump pits, and other features—was precisely modeled within the BIM environment.

UPB project Children and Youth Mental Health Center "Taureņu māja" has been recognized as the most significant building for the community in 2023.
This facility represents a substantial investment in the mental health infrastructure for children and youth, enhancing the quality of healthcare for young patients. We are happy to witness the positive impact of this center’s opening, as it offers care in a modern and secure environment, featuring innovative approaches, state-of-the-art equipment, and specialized, knowledge-driven treatment.
