The design and construction of Knauf Latvia's new office have been entrusted to UPB!
"More than just a building – this office symbolizes the development of an internationally recognized manufacturing company here in Latvia. In turn, we appreciate that we can take full responsibility for the construction process, from design to handing over the keys to a fully ready office," says UPB Chairman of the Board Dainis Bērziņš.
A total of 3.2 million euros will be invested in the construction of the office, with the aim of creating a 1200 m2 spacious, modern, comfortable, and sustainable working environment for employees. The new Knauf office building will be constructed following the latest energy efficiency and quality standards.
The new office will be located in the extensive 30-hectare territory of Knauf in the Saurieši area of Ropaži municipality.
