SĀGA is lifestyle shopping center in Riga, Latvia. The area of the center is impressive - around 57,000 m2, and it was constructed in just over a year.
It is our Design&Build project, which means design and construction under a single contract with several benefits – unified workflow from one contractor, shorter turnaround time, lower costs and others. It was designed by UPB Projekti and engineering office Būve un Forma, while the construction was done by UPB Nams. In addition, several other UPB group companies participated in its implementation.
